Reading the withdrawal figures: the current vault balance and Lock/AdminWithdraw events are measured on Ethereum. Total vault outflow is calculated as total locked minus the latest vault balance. Claim releases are the remainder after logged admin withdrawals, so they are inferred rather than individually verified claims. The collector refuses inconsistent accounting.
